Just hammered

I have taken about 2 months off after the birth of daughter number 2. While its been more work - since now we are down to man to man coverage instead of zone…its also much easier. Anyone who has had #2 will agree.

Finally got through some much needed work and my focus on that aspect of my life has paid off dearly. Just recently I made 2 big scores and hope its the start of something great. I have found that taking time off from the poker grind has made me enjoy my little forays into the poker world so much more enjoyable.

My account went busto as I tried to make my run from zero to hero a la Chris Ferguson. In the end, I just couldn’t do it. But I am trying again. My first order of business was to take down a FPP tournament to start a new bankroll and I did just that playing in a one table SNG for 70 FPP which translated in 1 ticket to the Sunday 1000000. Trade that in for some T$ and my account is at a healthy 11$.

Now I am going run that $11.00 up to a hundred and hit the cash game circuit again.

We’ll see what happens.

What happened to your quest to become PS Supernova? Not sure you can do that taking months off at a time.

A new baby puts everything into perspective…
;)
Glad to hear the family is keeping you busy.. looking fwd to seeing if you can pull of the magic of Ferguson on FT. I am currently under $1 after some withdrawals and time away (playing more on PS). I’m going to see what I can build my $0.56 and a bunch of FTPPs to also…
