Amazing May!

Since I wrote the post about thinking of doing this for a living, I have been on an amazingly sick heater. I am scared of course that it’ll all come crashing down like a house of… mhmm… uh.. cards. But on the other hand, I’ve been playing so focused it’s really amazing, b/f like a champ and being right about it. Actually smiling when I get bad beat, because the villaing didn’t extract most value out of me, etc.

So was my “go pro” post just a whim, just a dream? I don’t know, but the tables are telling me to keep at it. Something tells me I should be excited about all the scientific shuttle launches happening this week and I’m just thinking WSOP is coming. sigh, this is not gonna be easy.

Anyway, my thoughts are just racing around right now, so this post is not very congruent. I guess I expected the poker gods to hand me a huge downswing when considering playing pro kind of like saying: “you wanna do this for a living? Ha, deal with THIS!!!!”, but it never happened…
